This morning I am here to report some exciting news: our new website is live for you, and only you, to test and order! We have been fully aware for years that we have outgrown our original site, but we haven’t had time to mess with it. Lately, however, our online order load has been INCREDIBLE thanks to our amazing customers, but y’all have also expressed that you are sick of navigating our old shitty site. 🤣
Fair enough.
The new one is connected directly to our Square POS, which should eventually solve the inventory issues of the old site, which had a habit of regurgitating product that we haven’t made in a long time. The new one is also optimized for both full screen or mobile, whereas trying to operate the old one on the phone was…inconvenient to say the least. Eventually, we should also be able to include a lot of the fun items we don’t make as it is all connected to one big database now.
One other amazing thing about the new site is that the loyalty program on the new site actually extends to in-person visits as well. If you make a purchase in-store or online while signed into your loyalty account, you’ll be able to accumulate “ducks” that lead to discounts and free items as you pile them up. The one fly in the ointment is that loyalty points from the old site will not transfer. We’ll leave the old one live until October 15th to allow everyone to use points they have accumulated on that site.

Remember, this is beta testing, so if you use it, you do so with the understanding that we are exposing and fixing problems on purpose. Please let me know if you encounter any problems using it, give any and all input about how it can serve you better, and don’t yell at me if you hit a snag. We’ll fix it. 🤣
