We're not doctors (and we don't play doctors on TV) but we created this blend from essential oils recommended for tension headaches. Our customers swear by this blend of peppermint, lavender, frankincense & cypress.

Shower steamers are a little burst of aromatherapy for those of us that don't have time to soak. Drop a shower steamer at the far end of the shower, away from the stream of water. Let it fizz. Inhale and enjoy.
